MGM has good plan for city's South End
Being a Main Street business owner, I have experienced first had the devastation brought on by the June 2011 tornado. Most businesses suffered a decline in business after the disaster, a trend shared by many South End and Main Street business owners. Through this shared experience, I realized that rebuilding downtown would take a collective effort from not just my immediate neighbors in the South End, but by the city of Springfield as a whole.
